We will source, setup & configure a NAS (Network Attached Storage) system to suit your operational needs if required. A NAS system is a storage unit which offers high availability across the network (and internet if required) as well as security and flexibility
User Setup (Server System)
We will add users to your server system giving them appropriate access permissions for the available resources
Domain Setup
We will help you select, acquire, host & configure any domains your business requires, including transferring existing domains to your own hosting, giving you control of your internet presence

We will add/remove normal (imap) email accounts as you require through your own domain hosting

We will keep your workstation & server operating systems up to date. This is very important for security against threats from malware, viruses, etc
Software updates
We will update your business software as necessary, this includes MS Office, Sage, etc. This will make sure your software is secure and give you the latest features
Hardware Failure Solution*
After diagnosing your hardware failure we will source, install & configure your replacement hardware to get your system running efficiently again (you will be responsible for any hardware costs)
